Thank you for shopping with Palm Tide Studio! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, print provider, and your location.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at rebeccalois@palmtidestudio.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Note: Because our products are made to order, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are in production. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
